Ab sofort werden Beiträge im Off-Topic nichtmehr zum PostCount des Nutzers dazugezählt.
So wird versucht, den "unnötigen" Anteil zu minimieren.

Das Vorgehen wirkt rückwirkend, wundert euch also nicht wenn eurer Beitragszähler/Rang verändert hat.
